Fat sagging around my pubic area

"I'm 21 and i have had alot of fat sagging around my pubic area since i was 14, I would like to know if I cud get rid of it, its really embarrasing and its holding me back from getting on with my life."

"After dieting or loosing too much weight some time we can have this kind of loosing skin, i can understand your situation because i do a lot of these operations.
What to do ?
You are very young but as I can understand from your mail you are very embarassed so on that case we need to think about surgery that can remove all this skin loose but of course i need to give you more informations about the type of surgery like scars, risks (very low) and because of your age (very young ) so I think the best thing to do is to have a consultation and sort out all kind of questions.
