Dual Plane Breast Augmentation
Improves appearance of breast, increasing its size, with natural-looking results.
Breast Augmentation is done when breasts are small due to loss of volume due to:
- drastic dieting,
- pregnancy,
- breast-feeding,
- aging.
Breast Augmentation with the “Dual Plane Technique” : Implants may be placed directly beneath the mammary gland or in a plane below the pectoralis major muscle.
Submuscular placement of implants was developed in response to problems associated with subglandular placement, specifically, capsular contracture and visibility of the edge of the implant.
Additional benefits attributed to sudmuscular placement include:
- reduced sensory changes in the nipple,
- decreased rates of capsular contracture,
- and ease of interpretation of mammographic studies.
All done with small thin scars that fade as much as possible with in 4 to 6 months.
A support bra must be worn night and day for about a month.

Gynaecomastia
Remodeling of the male chest, removing the excessive development of the mammary gland.
Unaesthetic swellings on the male chest are not always determined by fat but by anomalous accentuation of mammary gland.
The fat of the male breast is reduced by performing a liposuction.
The excess skin is removed by making a small hidden incision along the lower edge of the areola of the breast.
This surgery can be done under local anesthesia and sedation with one overnight in hospital.

Breast Uplift
Breast uplift, also known as mastopexy, remodels and improves shape of breasts, it gives a fuller, firmer and voluminous aspect.
The goal of this type of surgery is
- to restore normal contour and size of breasts,
- and to do so with a minimal amount of visible scars that fade withing 6 months.
To achieve these results excess skin is removed and level of nipple is corrected. In most patients, the nipple should be at or slightly above the inframammary fold so once the proper nipple location has been ascertained, the skin incision can be done using the appropriate technique.
Minimal amount of visible scars that fade withing 6 months.
A support bra must be worn night and day for about a month.

Breast Reduction
Surgical procedure to reduce the size of breats which is often uncomfortable.
Large breasts often cause pain of:
- shoulders,
- neck and
- cause upper spinal problems.
Breast reduction is usually performed through incisions on your breasts with surgical removal of the excess fat, glandular tissue and skin.
The technique used to reduce the size of your breasts will be determined by your individual condition, breasts composition, amount of reduction desired, and your personal preference.
- A circular pattern around the areola
- A keyhole or racquet shaped pattern with an incision around the areola and vertically down to the breast crease
- An inverted T or anchor-shaped incision pattern
After the incision is made, the nipple-which remains tethered to its original blood and nerve supply-is repositioned.
The areola is reduced by excising skin at the perimeter, if necessary.
Underlying breast tissue is reduced, lifted and shaped.
The results are immediately visible.
Post-surgical swelling will resolved and incision lines will fade.
This surgical procedure is done under general anesthesia with one overnight in hospital.
A support bra must be worn night and day for 4 to 6 weeks.
