Arm lift is a surgical procedure used to remove excess skin and fat that make your arms look saggy.

The procedure is done by making an incision under the arm pit and excess skin is pulled towards the under arms.

The procedure can be done under local anesthesia with sedation

In this case require one overnight in hospital

The surgery results in minimal swelling that fade with a few weeks.

A special girdle is to be worn night and day for 4 weeks.
