Eye bag surgery is a very simple procedure under local anaesthetis and some sedation can be done like a day case. I can do it for you in London or in Italy the difference is only the prices because as you can understand London is more expensive in any way. I can give you an idea about the costs:

• London lower blephs only is 3500£
• Italy lower eylid is 1900 £ all including hospital fees, surgery, anaesthesia, chekup in london
